How can I track my order? You will receive a tracking link through email once your order has successfully shipped.
How long will shipping take? All items in our initial drop are pre-orders, so the magic begins once the sale wraps up. We will ship orders out 1.5-2 months after the sale ends, and we'll share shipping times for applicable countries after production.
Who will cover the duties or taxes? Orders are shipped DDU “Delivered Duties Unpaid” and customers will be responsible for the payment of any customs fees, duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for current charges for your country.
Are returns, exchanges or refunds available? As each item is made-to-order, unfortunately, we can't accommodate refunds, exchanges, or returns.
What currency is displayed on the store? Our prices are currently displayed in USD. You'll be able to checkout with Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal.
Wen can I pay with $MAGIC? Checkout with $MAGIC is in the works for future drops!
How can I claim my Genesis Merchooor Treasure Quest badge? Your ETH address inputted at checkout will be allowlisted for badge and Gem claims. Once the address is on the allowlist, you'll receive a notification on your Treasure profile.
Are there countries you don’t ship to? We currently don’t ship to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, The Crimea region of Ukraine, and the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics in Ukraine. If you aren’t able to locate your country at checkout it means it isn’t supported in the meantime! We’re always working to add support for more countries
